Order - kek belacan and mickey n minnie cake

A customer ordered this special kek belacan (original recipe from Sarawak).. Got the name 'belacan' from the look of the cake I guess.. but worry not.. the taste is not even close to 'belacan' ;) Nak tau rasanya? Kena la order... It tastes really nice despite of the ugly look.. hehe.. This steamed cake melts in your mouth...

Introducing.... Russian Black and White Cake & Rainbow Cake

Today.. I got the opportunity to learn 2 continental cakes.

The first one is Russian Black &White Cake.. It is a chocolate cake layered with choc ganache and cappucino flavoured cream cheese filling...

The second one is Rainbow Cake with Italian buttercream.. what so special with this cake is the buttercream.. Italian buttercream is different from the normal ones.. It is not sweet and not as oily as the normal ones and made from pure butter..

This bouquet was requested by a customer as part of the hantaran for her wedding.. There are 7 cupcakes topped with red handmade sugarpaste roses...other flowers are artificial flowers. The vase was given by the bride... Interested? Do email us for quotation ;)
