Happy 3rd birthday, Princess Arissa!
Salam and hi everyone,
Today, I want to share this cake I made last nite. This 7 inch choc moist cake with buttercream and blueberry filling was ordered by a collegue of mine. It is a special cake for his daughter who turns 3 today. He requested for a cake with Snow White edible image. So, here it is. To Arissa, Happy 3rd birthday and we pray you grow up into a beautiful princess :)

Durian Crepes in da house!!
Salam and hi everyone...
Today is open sale day for the yummylicious durian crepes. For those who still didn't know what is durian crepe... it is actually a dessert made of thin soft crepe on the outside and filled with special custard cream n real durian flesh!! Definitely recommended for durian lovers out there. Best eaten when they are chilled... Try for yourself ;) Anyway, thanks to those who ordered today ;)

Wondering about my post title today? Well, this is what I always say when I introduced people to Kek Belacan... They kinda freaked out when they heard the name as they thought belacan is really 1 of the ingredients in the cake :P I first came across this cake when I visited Miri, Sarawak few years back. This steamed cake is very moist and flavourful despite the not-so-pretty look.. hihi.. If you want to know how it tastes, you have to try it ;) This kek belacan was ordered by my husband's collegue and I did try my best to make it look pretty :P
