Salam everyone.. Today is all about carrots and walnuts... I've forgotten when was the last time I baked one.. hehe.. Well, this order came from another collegue of mine.. This is an 8 inch carrot walnut cake with cream cheese frosting and decorated with the cute fondant carrots... sesuai untuk yang sukakan a bit of spices in their cakes ;)

Salam n hi everyone.. I guess most of you are savouring the last bit of the long CNY holiday.. Well, this time a collegue of mine ordered an 8 inch chocolate moist cake with buttercream and edible image deco... She decided to have an Ultraman cake since her nephew love it so much.. so here it is.. Happy 5th Birthday Haikal Nabil!

Salam.. how's your CNY holiday everyone?? Well, my CNY holiday is all about cakes... This order came from Madam Lim, my hubby's former headmistress.. She ordered 2 Russian Black and White Cake and an Oreo Cheese Cake... I guess this would be for her family 'makan-makan' session ;).. :: White Chrysanthemums ::

My 1st attempt at piping chrysanthemums.. quite easy compared to the roses.. really love the colour of the cake (well.. purple is my favourite colour ;) ) Anyway.. thanks to Kak Gie for ordering.. Sweet 15, Aisyah! This is a 10 inch choc moist cake with buttercream and blueberry filling... approximately 2.7kg..
