Order kali ni datangnya dari akak2 Citibank.. They requested a half recipe Russian Black and White cake. This half recipe cake is 7 inch.. They also asked me to decorate the cake.. So, here it is.. a gigantic red bow on top of ganache.. oh yeah.. just to share.. i had a really hard time making the ganache.. I dont know what went wrong.. thus the unsmooth surface of the cake :( Apart from that I like the look of the cake. Thank you kakak2 for ordering :)
