It's holiday time!

Salam and hi everyone..

            It's school holidays now and my holiday has just started this afternoon. So.. sempena cuti sekolah ni, Sweet Tooth Desserts juga akan bercuti daripada menerima tempahan. Orders will be opened again on the 11th of June. Really sorry for the inconvenience if anyone wants to put orders on any dates before the 11th. Anyway, I advice you to book the dates earlier if you wish to order after the 11th June and if possible, do order on the weekends as we are quite occupied to accept any orders on weekdays.

           Ok la x nak berceloteh panjang lg.. Before we take a break, just want to share this hantaran cake I made last night. This cake was ordered by Yat. She requested a heart shaped choc moist cake with buttercream deco. I'm actually more of a fondant person, so piping buttercream flowers is not my expertise but I did try my best. Hopefully she likes it. Selamat Pengantin Baru, Yatie dan Hanif..

          The next teacher's day cake is ordered by the headmaster of SKTDJ.. She ordered a 12 x 24 inch cake. I decided to try and make it look like a book. This choc moist cake is about 9 kg in total.

Happy Teacher's Day V1

     First of all I would like to wish all my collegues and friends out there, Happy Teacher's Day and also a special thanks to all my kindergarten, primary and secondary school teachers and also my lecturers in IPBA and Victoria University of Wellington.

    So, in conjunction of this special day.. I managed to find time to complete this order. It came from my friend who ordered 2 9 inch choc moist cake for her children to bring to school. So, here are the cakes it looks similar but not quite the same. Thanks kak Asmah!

Double Celebration..

   I promise you that this will be the last entry for today... Ape tak nye.. it's already 11p.m n I had a long day of bowling tournament ( which I didnt win anything.. haha :P) and decorating 3 cakes. So, the last cake I decorated today was ordered by my collegue for his beloved wife, celebrating her 31st birthday n mother's day. He ordered an 8 inch choc moist cake with fresh cream n blueberry filling. Design partially was given by him. Thanks for ordering :)

       Happy Mother's Day to all mothers out there especially my beloved mama and mother in-law. Hope all of you had a great day today. Just want to share a few cakes I made today.

The first one is ordered by my husband's collegue for his beloved wife (I guess) :P As this is quite an adhoc order, so I had to make it simple. This is a 8 inch choc moist cake with buttercream deco.

The next order came from my collegue.. this is his 3rd time ordering from me... terima kasih banyak2 ye...
He ordered 2 cakes this time for one of his daughter's birthday. The 1st one is 7 inch strawberry choc chip cake for the celebration at home and the 2nd one is a 8 inch choc moist cake to be brought to her school.. happy birthday Khairiah Irdina!

   This is my 1st time making this cake. It is a 12 inch choc moist cake filled with fresh cream and blueberry filling. This enormous cake is a whooping 5 kg! Thank you Kak Sharifah for believing in me :)

Snowy Peach Custard Cake

Salam and hi everyone..

           Rasa mcm dh lama x menjenguk blog ni... been busy with work. Since I'll be busy this weekend, I better post this 1st. This is my 1st order for snowy peach custard cake.. I've got 2 orders for 1/2 the recipe.
The 1st came from one of the akak-akak from Citibank and another one is from my collegue. Dengarnye dua-dua kek ni nak dibawa balik kampung.. so I pray that the cake will arrive safely :) What I  like the most is the cream of the cake.. taste like eating vanilla ice cream.. this 1/2 recipe (7") cake weighs around 1 kg.. Hantaran Pertunangan

   It has been a while since I last made hantaran cuppies. The last one I think was in July last year. Wah dh dekat setahun rupanya x buat cupcake hantaran ni.. This order came from my collegue for her nephew's engagement. She requested for green and white cuppies. So I decided to decorate the cuppies with calla lilies. And this is my first time making them! Nasib baik menjadi :) So, here it is a set of 9 pcs hantaran cupcakes (3.25oz). Selamat Bertunang Nazri & Dila!
