Orange Choc Chip Cake..

Salam and hi everyone..

   Orange choc chip cake was one of my favourite cakes.. but then.. haven't been making them for quite sometime. A collegue of mine requested this cake for her birthday. Unfortunately, I forgot to snap a photo of the cake before it was decorated.. So just enjoy the pics below.. This 7" orange choc chip cake is covered with fresh cream and decorated with buttercream... The weight is around 1.2 kg.. Happy Birthday!

:: My weekend project ::

Salam and hi everyone... Thought of taking a break from baking this weekend.. tp gatai tangan la pulak.. so I decided to experiment some mini pavlovas (around 2.5 inch in diameter)... and since I have extra Vanilla Custard cream and the fresh fruits from the pavlova, I made 2 choc moist cakes and fill it up with the cream and fresh fruits, topped with fresh cream to be shared at school ... super yummy :)
