The second order was from my ex-collegue, K.Yat. As usual, she ordered 2 oreo cheese cakes for Hari Raya... TQ :)

Another collegue of mine ordered this Carrot Walnut cake. Since he is a single guy, he requested for a small sized cake. So, I made this 7" carrot walnut cake topped with cream cheese frosting. Hope you enjoyed the cake, Ahmad!

        Sorry for being quiet for quite sometime.. Been bz with the real job of mine ;-)
Well.. Diam x diam, I'm back with new items on the menu!
The first item on the menu is White Macadamia cake... Vanilla sponge cake layered with custard cream n macadamia nuts.. Yummy!
The 2nd cake is a new version of moist carrot cake. Last but not least, we'll be introducing our ice cream cake! So do stay tuned for our next announcement :-)

Salam everyone.. Today is all about carrots and walnuts... I've forgotten when was the last time I baked one.. hehe.. Well, this order came from another collegue of mine.. This is an 8 inch carrot walnut cake with cream cheese frosting and decorated with the cute fondant carrots... sesuai untuk yang sukakan a bit of spices in their cakes ;)
