Happy Birthday..

            Today, I baked and and decorated a 2 tiered choc moist cake and 30 cupcakes.The tiered cake is decorated with steam buttercream, fondant and gumpaste flowers. This order came from Punitha for a birthday celebration... Thank you for ordering n really sorry about the colour confusion .. My bad.. ;)

It's time for Mickey!

           The 2nd cake I made this week is this Mickey Mouse themed cake, also ordered by another new customer. This is a 10 inch choc moist cake fillwd with buttercream and blueberry filling. I used steam buttercream and fondant for deco. Thanks for ordering :-)

      Alhamdulillah malam ni berjaya siapkan lagi 2 kek.. tapi ni nak kongsi 1 dulu. Order ni datangya dari customer baru dari SK Ayer Molek. Pastinya kek ni khas buat yang tersayang. Customer ni berkenan ngan design kek 3 tingkat yang buat masa gi kelas dulu.. Inside is orange choc chips buttercake and she requested for steamed buttercream.... Terima kasih sudi order.

      This order came from 2 sisters who got married on the same day.. They ordered a 3-tier cake for their double celeberation... they ordered an 8", 10" and 11" choc moist cake.. covered in steam buttercream with fondant decorations.. What I love the most about this cake is the carnations... I had fun making the carnations as I dont really like making the roses... so I was really glad that they requested for carnations instead of roses ;).. The whole tiers weighs at approximately 11kg..
