Salam and hi everyone...
This is my second wedding cake this year and it's a pretty special one. Why? It is special because it is for my two collegues who have just got married. This is for cake cutting ceremony for the groom's side. The theme was red and white and the groom requested for a handmade figurine. So, here is the cake.. a 3-tiered wedding cake. The bottom tier is an 11 inch choc moist cake with buttercream, the middle tier is a 9 inch orange cake with choc ganache and the top tier is a 7 inch choc moist cake with choc ganache. Everything on the cake is homemade and handmade except the crystal pillars and cake boards. I hope the bride and groom like the cake. To Hazrol and Zue, Selamat Pengantin Baru again!
