This is the biggest project of the week. Acollegue of mine ordered a 9" red velvet cake with cream cheese and gumpaste flowers, 50 M red velvet cuppies with cream cheese and fondant blossoms and 40 choc moist cupcake with buttercream and packed in individual boxes. Thanks for the order... Hopefully the bride and groom are happy with the cakes ;)

Cutting Cake for majlis sambut menantu

             This cutting cake was ordered by husband's collegue for his brother's wedding reception. I made an 8 inch red velvet cake, topped and filled with cream cheese frosting. As I was quite busy with work, I didn't have time to make my own flower. So I just decorated the cake with ready made gumpaste flowers and fondant initials. Thanks for ordering!

              It has been a while since our last post. Thus explains the title of the entry. So, let us share with you what we've made. First was this bee-hive german black forest cake ordered by my friend, Cyba for her son's 1st birthday... The fondant bees are so cute, aren't they?

We were also busy making durian crepes.. They are super yummy desserts..

And the last order before this entry was this big and heavy red velvet cake topped and filled with cream cheese frosting. This 10 inch cake was ordered by my collegue for her 12th wedding anniversary.. Thank you for ordering :)

     How was your long weekend? Mesti bz ngan open house and kenduri kan? We were busy making cakes as well :)
 
         The first order during the weekend was this 2 tier cake and cupcake tower ordered by my collegue  for her in laws' wedding. She requested for green and purple themed cake and cupcakes. This set consists of an  8 inch choc moist cake with blueberry filling covered in fondant. The bottom tier is filled up with 24 pieces M size cupcakes with gumpaste flowers. Thanks kak Jib!

     Second order came from my hubby's collegue.. she ordered a 10 inch choc moist cake with uttercream n edible image..

   And the last order came from my mum for her open house.. she requested for red velvet cake.. I decorated the cake with our family's edible image :)

Weekend orders..

             This is the last order for this week. These 2 cakes were ordered by my collegue, Azira. The first cake she ordered was an 8 inch red velvet cake topped with cream cheese frosting. She requested for a design  I made previously. This is a 2kg++ cake.

the 2nd cake she ordered was the 2D mickey cake.. this weighs around 1kg.
