       Last Sunday, I was busy baking 150 choc moist cupcakes for a cute little girl 2nd birthday. I kept the design simple n decided to use pink and yellow as the theme colour.           This is a 7 inch (1/2 recipe) chocolate moist cake ordered by a friend of mine. Topped with chocolate ganache and weighs around 1kg++. She requested for simple deco with extra chocolate rice. So here it is. Thank you.

A long forgotten friend..

            Anyone enjoying the school hols? Today, I just want to share a long forgotten 'friend', Miss Pavlova! ;-) Haha.. Haven't made this for quite sometime.. I've even forgotten when was the last time! Anyway, this 9 inch double layer pavlova with vanilla cream n frsh fruits was ordered by a returning customer, Punitha. Thanks for ordering, dear! :-)
