      Alhamdulillah malam ni berjaya siapkan lagi 2 kek.. tapi ni nak kongsi 1 dulu. Order ni datangya dari customer baru dari SK Ayer Molek. Pastinya kek ni khas buat yang tersayang. Customer ni berkenan ngan design kek 3 tingkat yang buat masa gi kelas dulu.. Inside is orange choc chips buttercake and she requested for steamed buttercream.... Terima kasih sudi order.

Salam everyone..  this weekend I will be baking non-stop.. wish me luck! Therefore, sadly to inform, I will not accept orders next weekend (27th-29th April) as I need a break.. but worry not orders for May are still opened (subject to date availability).

Ok.. let's get back to the latest order. This big cake is ordered in conjunction of their headmistress' retirement. They requested for a big cake to be shared. As  the theme colour of the event is orange, they chose orange choc chip buttercake with orange and white deco. This 12" x 24 " weighs around 9 kg. Terima kasih byk2 di atas kepercayaan yg diberi.. :)

Weekend is ending soon..

           It's Monday night and weekend is definitely ending soon.. Well, just want to share what I did today. These 2 orders came from my collegues.

 The first cake is a 7 inch chocolate moist cake covered with fresh cream and a few roses. This is a 1kg cake.

The 2nd cake is ordered by another friend just for 'makan-makan' session with family. She ordered an 8 inch rainbow cake with italian meringue buttercream. She purposely requested her cake to be full with flowers.

    This cake is specially ordered by my hubby's collegue for her daughter's 4th birthday. She requested for a big cake to be shared at her kindy. So I made her a 20" x 10" x 2" choc moist cake. She also specially requested for brown colour BC and colourful sugar sprinkles.. This cake is around 4 kg.. Hope the kids love the cake!

       This weekend is quite a relaxing one for me but too bad Monday is approaching soon :(
Well, let's forget the Monday Blues... Just want to share the 2 orders I got this weekend.. Coincidently both customers requested for blue themed cakes...

Here  is the 1st cake.. A 7 inch vanilla cake ordered by a collegue of mine.. This cake weighs around 1.3kg..

The second order came from my hubby's collegue.. he ordered a cake for his beloved wife.. also blue in colour.. this is a 6 inch choc moist cake with buttercream deco.. approximately 1.2 kg..

p/s: i think i need a better camera... hurm..

Khas buat ayahanda tercinta...

    Kek kali ini ditempah khas untuk ayahandanya yang tercinta... Susah jugak nk deco cake khas untuk orang lelaki ni.. x de idea nk buat design ape.. Kalau untuk perempuan senang sket.. bole jugak letak bunga2 tu kan.. Anyway.. this is what I came up with... This is an 8 inch choc moist cake with fondant n bc design. Weight is around 2kg.. enjoy the pictures!
