Salam and hi everyone...

                       This is my second wedding cake this year and it's a pretty special one. Why? It is special because it is for my two collegues who have just got married. This is for cake cutting ceremony for the groom's side. The theme was red and white and the groom requested for a handmade figurine. So, here is the cake.. a 3-tiered wedding cake. The bottom tier is an 11 inch choc moist cake with buttercream, the middle tier is a 9 inch orange cake with choc ganache and the top tier is a 7 inch choc moist cake with choc ganache. Everything on the cake is homemade and handmade except the crystal pillars and cake boards. I hope the bride and groom like the cake. To Hazrol and Zue, Selamat Pengantin Baru again!

Yesterday, I baked and deco this simple cake for my collegue's daughter's birthday.

This is a 10 inch choc moist cake topped with choc ganache and buttercream deco.

Happy Belated New Year everyone :P... I know it has been quite a while and here is my first entry

for 2014. Last weekend, my younger sister got married. So, I made her an ombre cake and red velvet 

cupcake tower. Selamat Pengantin Baru to Amalia and Izzat!

It has been a while since my last entry. Today, I just want to share the cake

 I made for my collegue's daughter's birthday.

The design of the cake was specifically requested by the birthday girl. So I just 

replicate the design with addition of the sugar balloons. Everything on the cake is 

edible except for the candle. This is a 10x10 inch choc moist cake with buttercream and edible image deco.

The csutomer requested a cream colour themed cake in heart shape.

So, here  it is 9" heart shaped choc moist cake with buttercream and ready-made gumpaste flowers.
