Salam everyone...

            Dalam diam, dah seminggu kita berpuasa. Di kesempatan ini kami ingin mengucapkan Selamat Berpuasa kepada semua. Semoga Ramadhan kali ini diberkati Allah. Ingatkan nak berehat from baking sempena bulan puasa ni.. but a friend requested a cake and I willingly bake 1. So, i made a  10 inch choc moist cake with simple buttercream deco. Unfortunately, forgot to snap the pic until the last minute before pick up time..This is the only pic i managed to snap..

p/s: orders for cake is closed for the time being until after Raya as we will be busy with the crunchy almond flakes next 3 weeks... keep on supporting us :)

             This is the last order for this week. These 2 cakes were ordered by my collegue, Azira. The first cake she ordered was an 8 inch red velvet cake topped with cream cheese frosting. She requested for a design  I made previously. This is a 2kg++ cake.

the 2nd cake she ordered was the 2D mickey cake.. this weighs around 1kg.

~Orders of the week~

Salam and hi everyone,

           Just to share the cakes done yesterday. The first cake is a specially decorated snowy peach custard cake. This cake was ordered by a new customer for her son's 1st birthday. This is an 8 inch cake and weighs approximately 2.5 kg.. Hope she likes the cake!

The 2nd order came from my collegue. She ordered mini russian black n white cake. This 7 inch cake is around 1.5kg. Thanks!

The last order was a set of mini pavlova but I forgot to snap a photo. Anyway, thanks a bunch to those who ordered :)

Mini Pavlova in the house!

           Last Sunday was filled with baking lots of mini pavlova.. and sorry to say, orders for pavlova is closed for the time being as I haven't figure out what to do with the remaining yolks.. haha :P Anyway.. here are the mini pavlova packed in individual casing. This light meringue base is topped with vanilla custard cream and fresh fruits. At first I wanted to put strawberries +  kiwis + plums.. However.. plums were out of stock.. Thus left with the berries and kiwis only.. Thanks for ordering!

p/s: pavlova is best eaten when it is cool.. simpan kt fridge baru makan.. baru la rasa yummy mcm makan ais krim..

Red Velvet.. again.. ;)

             This red velvet cake order came from Kak Nik.. my collegue and one of my loyal customer. She ordered an 8 inch (1 recipe) cake topped and filled with cream cheese frosting. This cake weighs about 2kg++.

       I've just finished decorating this cake. This is a 7 inch ( 1kg++) choc moist cake with fresh cream and blueberry filling. This was ordered by my collegue for her son's 3rd birthday. I decided to decorate the cake with lots of 'cars'.. ;)
