Introducing.... Russian Black and White Cake & Rainbow Cake

Today.. I got the opportunity to learn 2 continental cakes.

The first one is Russian Black &White Cake.. It is a chocolate cake layered with choc ganache and cappucino flavoured cream cheese filling...


The second one is Rainbow Cake with Italian buttercream.. what so special with this cake is the buttercream.. Italian buttercream is different from the normal ones.. It is not sweet and not as oily as the normal ones and made from pure butter..
