How was your long school holiday? Did you have a whale of a time? Too bad it is ending soon, isn't it? So, as a kick start as I've been taking a break from baking as well, I baked myself this mini black forest cake.. this is a 7 inch cake.. and I forgot to weigh the cake before cutting it.. The cake consists of chocolate chiffon cake, fresh cream, pitted dark cherries and drizzle of choc ganache... It's really good ;)
