Wondering about my post title today? Well, this is what I always say when I introduced people to Kek Belacan... They kinda freaked out when they heard the name as they thought belacan is really 1 of the ingredients in the cake :P I first came across this cake when I visited Miri, Sarawak few years back. This steamed cake is very moist and flavourful despite the not-so-pretty look.. hihi.. If you want to know how it tastes, you have to try it ;) This kek belacan was ordered by my husband's collegue and I did try my best to make it look pretty :P
